FAQ:

 

Should I  wash my bundles before install?

Yes, it is best that you co-wash your bundles before an install.

 

What products should I use on my bundles?

Shampoo and conditioning products that are Sulfate Free.

(I use Aussie Moist Shampoo and Conditioner)

 

Can I dye my hair extensions?

Yes, you can dye our bundles! We recommend consulting with a professional stylist)

 

How long will my bundles/ and wig units last?

With proper care your hair can last a minimum of a year. The longevity of the hair depend on the care, maintenance and products used. Wig units are made with lace closure/frontal (which are temporary pieces) which will require replacement in time.

 

What is the difference between raw and virgin hair?

Raw hair is unprocessed and in its natural state from the donor.  Raw hair comes in different patterns and color vary in color from brown/black. Raw hair is usually more course to match African American hair with natural low luster. Whereas, Virgin hair is steam processed to create the hair pattern.

 

How do I maintain my hair bundles?

Like with your real hair, regularly shampooing and conditioning your extensions — with a  sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner — is a must!

Sulfate-free hair products are always a better option as other products may be too harsh for the hair!

 

We recommend a sulfate-free curl-defining  mousse for wavy and curly textures. It’s

a great idea to use a heat protectant when applying heat styling tools, and sleeping on a satin pillowcase and/or in a satin cap to reduce breakage, tangles, and thinning.

For wavy and curly textures, we recommend that you either braid, cornrow, two-strand twist or the pineapple method at night to aid with styling, managing and the longevity of your hair. Experimenting with these different methods are also great for discovering new wave patterns to “switch up” your look!

 

How many bundles are needed to achieve a full head of hair?

This answer all depends on style and preference; however here are our suggestions:

• For lengths under 22” we suggest at least two (2) bundles. If you want it really fully then three (3) or more.

• For lengths over 22” we suggest at least three (3). Please keep in mind, the longer the length the less track you will get. For example, a 24/26” bundles will have much less track that a 18/20” bundle, because our bundles go off weight (longer hair is heavier).

 

What is the turnaround time for hair orders?

A processing time of up to 5 days and an additional 5 days for shipping via USPS.

 

What is the turnaround time for a custom made unit?

Turnaround time range between 2-4 weeks.  You will be contacted of any changes with your unit.

 

How are custom units ordered?  How do I measure my head?

Email Customunitsbybhrie@gmail.com for inquires for your custom crown, then an invoice will be sent to you with instructions on measuring your head properly.

 

I ordered online, can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.
